I definitely see my drivers make a lot of deliveries of cargos from the “High Power DLC”, like yacht, driller, helicopter, etc., but I haven’t seen all of them. Perhaps my drivers just haven’t found the right jobs for them. But can my drivers deliver cargos from the “Heavy Cargo DLC”, like locomotive, etc? I’ve never seen any. Perhaps because it's in origin a driving simulator, and not a buisness simulation? 116 drivers? Come on. You either did not sleep for 3 months, and drove around all the time, or you used some kind of money cheat to get more money. 3 per location, around 100K for a new location, do the math. Thats a lot of money . The game is about the driving.
3. In short - No it's not possible. I had the same problem and at Steam Forum people also confirmed that. Your created character is fixed to your the base you selected at the start. You can quick jump between garages you own, but you can't change your homebase. Share.
Quite early in the game you are given the option to unlock extra garage slots, new trucks and hire drivers. You should invest in this as soon as possible. Hiring a lot of drivers will give you a ton of money and having skilled drivers is also required for some achievements. Eventually you will end up with millions or even billions of cash.
