Get the Oculus App on your smart phone. Also have discord. Open discord and start streaming your screen. Get on your Quest 2, and goto streaming/casting. Cast to Oculus app, and once that's done, open the Oculus app on your phone (which should already be streaming) and now you are streaming your Quest 2 to Discord with no PC
setup the scenes as you need, then instead of start stream, or start recording, go one lower and hit virtual webcam. then in discord, in audio and video, select the obs webcam from the list.
